Abstract
Background and Aims : Familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) is caused by mutations in genes involved in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) metabolism. The effect of PCSK-9 inhibition on plasma lipidome has been poorly explored. We performed an untergeted-lipidomic study on FH patients receving a PCSK-9 inhibitor (Evolocumab®).
