Abstract
研制了可用于船舶和海洋工程的酚醛树脂基复合材料格栅,研究了可瓷化骨料目数、比重以及功能稀释剂对船用复合材料格栅中树脂与玻纤界面结合力的影响.结果表明,该体系中加入30％粒径为6.5 μm的可瓷化骨料和10％的功能稀释剂后,格栅板受火前破坏载荷强度为368.76 MPa,按照标准升温曲线受火l h后,格栅耐火结构完整性达到L2级水平.
