Abstract
为了评估冷冻精液技术作为SPF猪引种方式的可行性,北京市SPF猪育种管理中心通过冷冻精液方式进行一次SPF猪引种工作,通过冷冻精液和常温精液对比,冷冻精液组母猪窝总产仔数和窝产活仔数分别比常温精液组低10.7％和15.5％(P<0.01),窝产死胎数比常温精液组高0.38头(P<0.01),分娩率比常温精液组低10.77个百分点(P<0.05).虽然冷冻精液和常温精液配种成绩还有差异,但是通过冷冻精液方式使北京市SPF猪育种管理中心成功引入102头待选后备猪.试验说明冷冻精液技术可以在种猪场和繁育机构进行推广.
