Abstract
脑卒中后吞咽障碍发生率为57％～73％[1].为保证患者的营养需求,需要给予留置胃管,管饲营养液.因为医院床位不能满足患者需求,以及经济负担等原因,患者急性期治疗结束后,往往会带管回家 [2].居家期间意外拔管的风险大大增加,拔管后需要重新留置胃管,不仅增加了患者的痛苦,还增加了家庭的经济负担.
