随着年龄的增长,老年人往往会出现日常生活能力、认知功能、肌肉力量和骨骼功能、平衡能力下降,以及脏器功能减退、睡眠时间减少等状况.适当运动是延缓衰老、维持机体状态最重要且有效的方法,因为运动可促进蛋白质合成,防止肌肉萎缩,增加肌肉力量,延缓骨质疏松,保持关节韧带的韧性和灵活性,使日常动作保持协调性,还能改善大脑功能,预防老年痴呆.
