紫茎泽兰厌氧发酵液COD浓度变化的实验研究

Abstract
为研究紫茎泽兰厌氧发酵中COD浓度变化情况,将紫茎泽兰作为发酵原料,以实验室长期驯化的活性污泥为接种物,采用实验室自制的沼气批量发酵装置,进行紫茎泽兰厌氧发酵产气实验,测定产气情况和COD浓度变化情况.结果发现:发酵周期60 d,总产气773.5 mL,原料产气率为38.68 mL/g,COD的最终降解率为39.65％,COD浓度的变化率跟紫金泽兰发酵产气量成正相关性.
