Abstract
运动因子(exerkines)指机体器官、组织和细胞在运动过程中产生的代谢中间产物、多肽和RNA等生物活性物质.运动因子作为运动调控机体代谢的新成员目前已受到广泛关注.本文综述目前已报道的多种运动因子对机体代谢的调控作用及其机制,以期为揭示运动防治代谢性疾病的机制提供新的证据.
