Abstract
创伤性骨不连、手术后感染、肿瘤等因素导致的锁骨骨缺损曾认为不影响功能,其是否进行修复存在争议.近年来研究发现锁骨具有重要的生物力学功能,因此对锁骨骨缺损的修复和手术关注较多.本文通过对锁骨的解剖结构及功能特点、锁骨骨缺损的类型及不良后果、锁骨骨缺损的修复策略及常见的手术方法进行综述,为临床治疗锁骨骨缺损提供参考.
