Abstract
消化道混合性神经内分泌-非神经内分泌肿瘤(mixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasm,MiNEN)是一种罕见的肿瘤,MiNEN可见于阑尾、食管、胃、十二指肠、肝脏、胰腺、胆囊和结直肠等[1].胆囊MiNEN临床极为罕见,发病率尚无明确统计,临床病理医生对其病理学特征认识尚不足.本研究收集3例胆囊原发性MiNEN伴肝转移的病历资料,对其组织病理学形态及免疫表型进行总结,旨在为其临床诊断及鉴别诊断提供依据.
