摘要
This paper proposes the first multiparametric sensor system integrated with an endoscope for in situ imaging and diagnosis, which should greatly benefit clinical applications and expand the application scope of highly integrated medical devices. The sensor system comprises a multiparametric sensor array and an assorted signal processing circuit. The sensors obtained by modifying stainless steel wires are affixed to parts of the body for simultaneous monitoring of signals of ROS, sodium ions, and pH, which are transmitted to an intelligent terminal through the circuit via cable or Bluetooth. Here, the sensitivity, selectivity, and reproducibility of the sensor arrays were verified by in vitro tests. The assorted circuit demonstrated excellent performance in signal acquisition and processing for integrated testing of multiparametric sensors. The sensor array with single-point-data acquisition combined with in situ imaging of endoscope can realize three-dimensional physiological data acquisition and map physiological dynamics of the target tissue. The on-body performance of the multiparametric sensor system was confirmed by applying it to the ex vivo tissue of pigs for simulation. The multiparametric sensor system integrated with an endoscope was demonstrated to be a promising platform for in situ imaging and diagnosis shortly.
