Abstract
原发性三叉神经痛(primary trigeminal neuralgia,PTN)是一种神经系统疾病,目前发病机制及病因无明确定论,典型的临床表现为三叉神经所支配面部区域的强烈阵痛.随着MRI技术的不断进步,多种MRI成像序列在深入研究PTN的发病机制方面发挥了重要作用,并为PTN的诊治提供了诸多具有价值的信息.本文以多种MRI序列研究PTN患者神经系统出现的改变方面展开综述.
