Abstract

肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)是指大量浸润于肿瘤间质的活化巨噬细胞,TAM是肿瘤细胞中最丰富的免疫细胞群,主要由外周血中的单核细胞演变而来,TAM与恶性肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况及分化程度有关.在恶性肿瘤侵袭和转移过程中,TAM通过复杂的信号通路作用于肿瘤细胞,促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、血管生成、侵袭和转移,从而导致预后不良.本文对TAM在恶性肿瘤侵袭和转移过程中的作用进行综述.
