Abstract
脆肉皖,顾名思义肉质脆爽的草鱼.随着近几年脆肉鲩养殖的大规模推广,养殖户不断反馈脆肉鲩脆度不均一,同时鱼体免疫力下降,造成运输过程中大量应激死亡.2021年3-12月笔者开展了脆肉鲩品质提升养殖试验,取得了较好的效果.现将养殖技术归纳如下.
