摘要

The resistance rate of N. gonorrhoeae to antibiotics has remained stable in Vienna over the last decade, except for azithromycin. The strong correlation found between genetic and phenotypic patterns in this study holds promise for future diagnostics of N. gonorrhoeae resistance based on genotypes.
