摘要

•3D-FIESTA combined with TOF MRA can accurately assess the relationship of CPA epidermoid cyst to adjacent vessel and nerve.•Preoperative high-resolution MR can predict tumor resectability.•This technique is suitable for long-term follow-up after tumor resection.
