摘要
•A full-scale scenario for SARS-CoV-2 inactivation with an UV-C device was simulated in the laboratory.•Dried SARS-CoV-2 samples were efficiently inactivated by a 42-second UV-C-exposure at 2 m.•SARS-CoV-2 UV-C inactivation was very efficient when deposited on plastic, metal, and varnished wood.•SARS-CoV-2 UV-C inactivation was inefficient in porous materials, like non-varnished fibreboard.
