Abstract
气管支气管结核容易导致管腔狭窄甚至闭塞，管腔闭塞型是瘢痕狭窄型气管支气管结核最严重的临床类型。本文报道1例结核后左主支气管闭塞的患者，在CT引导下机械打通狭窄段，结合球囊扩张及二氧化碳冻融治疗使左肺复张。
