Abstract
为了研究3D熔喷聚丙烯材料的静态缓冲性能,主要对不同厚度下的3D熔喷聚丙烯材料进行透气性、顶破性能、断裂拉伸性能和循环压缩回复性能的测试,分析其对试样性能的影响.结果表明,3D熔喷聚丙烯材料厚度越薄,试样的孔隙率越高,透气性越好,但其顶破性能、抗拉抗压性能越差;厚度越厚,试样透气性越差,抗压性能越差,更易产生塑性变形,但其对试样的弹性回复变形影响较小,试样具有较好的静态缓冲性能.
