Abstract
为扩大壳聚糖、丝素蛋白共混材料的应用范围,充分发挥其优势,文章以壳聚糖、丝素蛋白为基材制备可食膜,探讨壳聚糖、丝素蛋白、甘油、吐温20的质量分数对壳聚糖-丝素蛋白可食性膜机械性能、水蒸气透过系数、氧气透过率和水溶性的影响,从而提高可食膜的各项理化性能,为开发新型壳聚糖-丝素蛋白可食膜提供实验基础.
