Abstract
为了提高加热炉的热效率,对燃烧器的燃料喷管结构进行了改进,即由平直进口改为30°与60°的喷嘴,建立了湍流燃烧模型进行数值模拟.结果表明,当火筒结构的换热面积不变时,增大燃料气喷管角度可改善燃烧效果,减少燃气用量,为油田现场通过强化燃烧来提高加热炉的热效率,提供了理论依据.
