Abstract
本文报道并分析1例甘精胰岛素致肝功能异常的少见药物不良反应.患者2次应用甘精胰岛素后转氨酶升高,临床药师与临床医师共同寻找转氨酶持续性升高的原因,最终发现在停用甘精胰岛素后,逐渐恢复正常.老年患者使用甘精胰岛素时,需要监测肝功能,警惕出现药物性肝损伤,提高用药安全性.
