Abstract
丁酸钠(NaBu)是一种低分子量挥发性脂肪酸钠盐,属于组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂(HDACIs),可引起细胞周期停滞或促进细胞分化,最终诱导细胞凋亡,此效应对癌细胞有特异性,对正常细胞影响较小.NaBu的这种独特性质使其成为有前途的抗癌药物.本文对NaBu诱导癌细胞凋亡的分子机制作一概述.
