Abstract
脊髓前动脉综合征(anterior spinal artery syn-drome,ASAS)是神经系统较为少见的脊髓缺血性疾病,ASAS疾病作为一种潜在的破坏性疾病[1],其与脑梗死相比,仅占所有卒中疾病的1％,病灶解剖位置多在脊髓前动脉区域,临床误诊率较高.而ASAS合并延髓内侧梗死(medial medulla infarction,MMI)则罕见.本文报道1 例ASAS合并MMI患者并复习文献,报道如下.
