Abstract
文章考证不同《金匮要略》版本,重解《金匮要略·痉湿暍病脉证治》中第7、12、13条原文,提出第13条大承气汤证是典型刚痉,第12条葛根汤证为欲作刚痉,第7条是刚痉提纲,由葛根汤证向大承气汤证的转归反映了刚痉的传变过程,以"口噤"为典型刚痉先兆.文章旨在统众家之纷说,明刚痉之原理,以期从刚痉动态发展的角度为临床选方用药及判断预后提供新视角.
