Abstract
淋巴上皮瘤样肝内胆管细胞癌(lymphoepithelioma-like intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,LEL-ICC)是肝内胆管细胞癌(intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,ICC)的一种特殊亚型,目前WHO尚未明确定义该肿瘤.LEL-ICC与经典型ICC相比,其预后较好,近年来引起了临床研究者的关注,逐渐成为研究热点.随着越来越多的LEL-ICC被诊断和研究,其在流行病学、临床病理特征、治疗及预后方面有了许多新的认识和进展,该文就LEL-ICC的研究进展进行综述.
