Abstract
研究辛伐他汀浓度对衰老巨噬细胞生物学行为及其介导的免疫微环境对成骨和成血管功能的影响,并探索在钛表面装载辛伐他汀介导衰老巨噬细胞功能的可行性.结果表明:当药物浓度为0.1μmol/L时,可促进巨噬细胞的增殖并使其极化为促组织愈合的M2表型,有利于巨噬细胞营造促进成骨和成血管的免疫微环境.在钛表面构建的壳聚糖/明胶涂层可装载并缓释辛伐他汀,促进巨噬细胞的活力和增殖.
