Abstract
根据膜片表面出现拉应力引起疲劳开裂的具体情况,借助可控离子渗入(PIP)处理技术制备出了混合有氮过饱和固溶体的化合物渗层.结果表明,PIP处理在316L不锈钢膜片表面形成了硬度达1000 HV0.1以上,压应力大于280 MPa,应力层深度约16μm的渗层,能够确保膜片工作过程中表面不再出现拉应力,从而延长膜片寿命至1000 h以上.
