Abstract
该文对标ITC-1007与ITC-1032球形换能器,为海底沉积声学测量系统研制了两款中低频球形换能器(SP32K和SP12K).通过理论及有限元方法对换能器进行仿真设计,制作换能器样机并对其进行了性能测试.低频球形换能器(SP12K)的谐振频率约为12 kHz,工作频带为2~20 kHz,最大发射电压响应为149 dB.中频球形换能器(SP32K)的谐振频率约为32 kHz,工作频带为15~50 kHz,最大发射电压响应为149 dB.实验结果表明,研制的中低频球形换能器与国外同类产品相比,性能基本一致,满足相关声学测量需求,这为研制中低频海底沉积声学原位测量系统等声学装备提供了有力支撑.
