摘要
•The hydrophilicity of PCU nanofibers affects the rate of drugs release.•Burst release reduction and/or initial drug release inhibition may be obtained.•The presence of sirolimus slows the hydrolytic degradation of PDLGA fibers.•The presence of diclofenac sodium intensifies the surface erosion of PDLGA fibers.•Mechanical properties during the degradation depend on the amount of loaded drugs.
