Abstract
This study assesses the mechanism of Doxorubicin (DOX) carried with Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles (MSN) in regulating the activity of liver tumor cells through regulating the activity of Hippo-Yes-associated protein (Hippo-YAP) signal pathway. Adriamycin (ADM) was carried with nanoparticles following preparation and HepG2 liver cancer cells were collected. The test for drug releasing in vitro was also performed. AMD ingestion was assessed using fluorescence microscope, while killing effect of drug in vitro was observed through CCK-8 method. The presentation activity of Yes-associated protein (YAP) or p-YAP in liver tissue and liver cell line was detected through Western Blot assay, and real time-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results showed that the ADM carried with nanoparticles was prepared successfully. The activity of stem cells was restrained IP: 14.98.160.66 On: Fri, 01 Jul 2022 12:43:59 by DOX carried with nanoparticles, while presentation level of YAP was decreased. p-YAP level was increased Copyright: American Scientific Publishers Delivered by Ingenta while activity of liver cancer cells was restrained by DOX carried with MSN effectively. The activity of HippoYap signal pathway was affected and expression of YAP was restrained.
