Construction of ERGO film modified electrode and its combination with HPLC in determination of five active components in Osmanthus fragrans fruits

摘要
•ERGO/GCE showed obvious catalysis to voltammetric behaviors of all five active components in terms of peak current and potential.•ERGO film electrode was used for HPLC with amperometric detection.•The possible electrode processes of five components at the surface of ERGO/GCE have been estimated herein.•This method coupled with HPLC could be applied to analysis of extractive from O. fragrans fruits and the results is competitive compared to those by HPLC-MS.
