摘要

•HVOF sprayed AlCoCrFeNiCu HEA coating is mainly composed of BCC.•Vacuum heat treatment at different temperatures has different effects of the coatings.•The coating after vacuum heat treatment at 500 ℃ has the best mechanical properties.
