Graphene as a Perfect Conductor

Here, we show that the graphene sheet, which is designed to behave a band insulator, can be turned into a perfect conductor, when the difference of the current from the two valleys gets coupled to an Abelian gauge field. The graphene sheet in such a case is found to display infinite DC conductivity, Debye screening and magnetic flux expulsion.
