摘要
We present a fast response, energy-efficient thermo-optic silicon phase shifter based on Non-Hermitian engineering. A 729 kHz bandwidth and an 11.3 mW pi-phase-shift (P pi) power consumption are demonstrated at 1550 nm wavelength.
