Abstract
Nanocrystalline alloy materials have become the most promising soft magnetic alloy materials in the electric power industry, because of its excellent characteristics of high permeability and low loss. At present, most of the research on nanocrystalline alloys focus on the preparation process, microstructure and soft magnetic properties, but studies at the mesoscopic scale are rare. In this paper, the single size grain model is improved in mesoscopic scale, and the improved double size grain model is simulated several times after changing the conditions of accessional bias magnetic field. Then the double size grain model and single size grain model are simulated under the same accessional bias magnetic field. The results show that the magnetization process of nanocrystalline alloy can be promoted by decreasing the grain size when the DC and AC bias magnetic fields are accessional, and the accuracy of the improved model is higher than that of the original single-size model.
