Treatment of resistant raynaud's phenomenon with single-port thoracoscopic sympathicotomy: one-year follow-up

•Single-port thoracoscopic sympathicotomy is a promising treatment option for patients with severe Raynaud's phenomenon resistant to conventional treatment.•There is a persistent benefit from the procedure one year after surgery.•Duration of Raynaud's attack decreased after the procedure.
