Numerical simulations of phase-amplitude compensation of masking strain-induced motions of scatterers in contact-mode optical coherence angiography
2022 International Conference Laser Optics (ICLO)(2022)
摘要
Visualization of microvasculature in Optical Coherence Angiography (OCA) is based on discrimination of red blood cells motion against the surrounding motionless tissue. In practice, surrounding living tissue is never still; therefore its motion must be compensated before flow detection. Here we present a deformation compensation technique intended for usage in contact-mode OCA in the case of fairly big strains produced by the contacting OCT probe, when usage of only phase compensation is insufficient and phase-amplitude compensation is required to improve the vasculature imaging.
