摘要

•The refractive index of the top-layer material is the main factor affecting performance of the double-layer ARC.•A gradual decrease in refractive index in the multilayers stack increases emissivity of area blackbody.•The double-layer ARC composed of Si3N4 and SiO2 is the most ideal structure in our design.
