Abstract
对豆渣中功能性低聚糖进行了提取研究.采用单因素实验和响应面优化法相结合对提取条件进行了优化,根据单因素实验的结果对响应面优化实验进行了设计,共计17组实验,根据其结果建立提取过程的数学模型,得出在提取时间为2.8 h,提取温度为61℃,φ(乙醇)=72％的条件下,功能性低聚糖的平均提取率为3.570％.
