Abstract
腹壁侵袭性纤维瘤病好发于腹壁肌层与筋膜鞘,尤以下腹部多见,又称腹壁韧带样纤维瘤、腹壁硬纤维瘤等[1].本病发病率为2/100万～4/100万[2] ,发病原因尚不清楚,可能与遗传、内分泌异常、物理创伤等有关[3].男、女发病比例为1:7,尤以育龄期经产妇多见[4].
