摘要
A new catalyst, triphenylamine‐substituted iron porphyrin ( FeCTP ), for CO 2 reduction has been synthesized, and its polymer ( FeCTP ‐film) directly deposited on glassy carbon electrode was made by means of electropolymerization employing cyclic voltammetry technique. This strategy allows us to prepare nondestructive porphyrin catalysts and reduce the amount of the catalyst required for CO 2 reduction. The Faradaic efficiencies of CO for FeCTP and FeCTP ‐film were estimated to be 48 and 66%, respectively, after the controlled electrolysis for an hour, which were higher than that of FeTPP , 40%.
