Abstract
纤维肌性发育不良(fibromuscular dysplasia,FMD )是一种动脉壁肌肉组织的特发性、节段性、非动脉粥样硬化和非炎症性疾病,是导致肾动脉狭窄(renal artery stenosis,RAS )的主要原因之一,其累及肾动脉(renal artery,RA )的FMD主要表现为中重度高血压[1].随着血管腔内介入技术的发展,经皮腔内肾动脉成形术(percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty,PTRA )已成为FMD-RAS首选治疗方案.本研究报道1例RA-FMD导致的顽固性高血压患者并文献复习,系统阐述其病因、发病机制及治疗方案,以期为临床治疗提供帮助,现报道如下.
