Abstract
为因地制宜地细化河西走廊重点区域地下水分区管控措施,本文在梳理地下水开发历程基础上,针对河西走廊地区地下水超采状况,以河西走廊地表水和地下水为同一水源为原则,提出了南北盆地分区管理、东中西部分区管理的地下水分区管控措施,有利于完善河西区5市水资源"保护-节水-调水"体系,增强分区域水资源的调配能力,提高供水保障能力和抗风险能力.
