CO2地质封存技术是目前被认为有效减少温室气体排放量及应对气候变暖最有效、最直接的技术,而深部咸水层是CO2地质储存的理想储层.CO2注入咸水层后对土著微生物群落结构与多样性会产生较大影响,而某些特定微生物会反作用于CO2地质封存过程,从而起到积极作用.
