Abstract
氧化应激(OS)参与多种肝脏疾病的发生发展,而核因子相关因子2/血红素加氧酶-1(Nrf2/HO-1)信号通路又是调控氧化应激的重要信号通路,在细胞抗OS的作用机制中扮演重要角色.Nrf2/HO-1信号通路与各类肝脏疾病的关系密切,有望为肝脏疾病的防治提供新靶点.文章总结了该信号通路参与肝脏疾病发病机制的最新研究进展,为今后相关研究提供参考.
