Abstract
近年来,结核病在全球发病率呈上升趋势,每年新增病例约800万人,至少300万人死于该病.作为一种传染病,其早发现、早预防、早治疗显得尤为重要.结核分枝杆菌(TB)是引起本病的病原菌,目前常用的TB检测方法有Ziehl-Neelsen抗酸染色、金胺O染色、即时荧光定量PCR法和ISH等,但是在病理组织切片中找到结核杆菌,仍然是结核病诊断的"金标准"[1].
