Abstract

针对含油污泥处理方式中存在处理不彻底、资源浪费等缺点,开展含油污泥气化试验研究.在实现废弃物减量化处理的同时回收H2、CO等CH4等可燃气,试验采用水蒸气作为气化剂,在水平管式炉上研究气化温度为600、700、800和900℃,水蒸气与含油污泥质量比(rHO)为0.1、0.3和0.5时含油污泥气化反应特性和产物性质.结果表明:气化温度和rHO提高有利于含油污泥气化产氢;当气化温度900℃、rHO为0.3时,8 g含油污泥的产氢量最高达到388.02 mL/min,在产生气体中占比达76％.
