摘要

•Necroptosis-related differentially expressed genes in LUAD were identified.•Necroptosis-related patterns and distinct necroptosis-related gene cluster in LUAD were identified.•A necroticscore was developed for stratifying prognosis in LUAD patients.•Low necroticscore was linked with lower PD‐L1 expression, higher immune check-point inhibitor response and better clinical survival.
