摘要

Abstract Persistent SARS-CoV-2 infection patients are difficult to treat. Here, we report a case of 5-month persistent COVID-19 in an immunocompromised patient who was successfully treated with 30 consecutive days of Remdesivir. Prolonged remdesivir infusion with concurrent cycle threshold monitoring might provide a potential solution to cure these difficult patients.
