Abstract
为提高ICP-MS对硒元素测定的准确度,在内标溶液中加入不同浓度的有机醇来提高仪器对硒检测的灵敏度,结果表明加入5％的异丙醇可以使检测信号提高2-3倍,通过对烤烟标准样品的检测,能得到更准确的结果.该方法的背景值和检出限均更低,线性关系好.78Se和82Se的回收率分别为102.2％、97.8％.相对偏差(RSD)分别为 1.6％、1.9％.
